Guy Napper is the Company Director and Senior Clinician at Footsteps. He graduated from the University of Plymouth with a degree in Podiatry in 1990. Guy first came to the Isle of Wight as an NHS clinician, where he worked for Eight years, eventually specialising in biomechanics and orthotics, with a particular interest in paediatric biomechanics. Over time, as he witnessed the gradual decline in NHS services, he decided to establish a first-class private practice. His aim was to ensure that patients on the Island could access the highest standard of podiatry care locally. After investing in the latest technology and equipment, and maintaining an ongoing commitment to professional development and training, Footsteps has grown to become the Isle of Wight’s leading footcare provider. Despite this growth and innovation, Guy is proud that the practice has never lost its personal touch. Many patients have become long-standing friends, and creating a welcoming, comfortable experience remains central to the ethos of Footsteps. As many patients say, a visit is not only beneficial but genuinely enjoyable. The team always looks forward to welcoming new patients.
